INGREDIENTS:
-1 cup 00 organic wheat flour (this is my fave)
-1.5 tsp baking powder
-1/2 tsp salt
-1/4 c pumpkin puree
-1/2 cup Greek yogurt (I used 2%)
-1 tbsp coconut sugar
-1/2 tsp cinnamon
-1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
HOW TO:
-preheat oven to 400f (or airfry 380F for 10-12 mins)
-roll into 3-4 equal parts, depending how large you want each bagel
-form into bagels
-in a pot of boiling water, drop them in for 40 sec, flip halfway
-remove and add to parchment paper, wash with egg wash (just a full egg beaten)
-cook for 20-25 mins until outside is golden brown
-let cool completely before cutting
