Ninja Creami Tips, Tricks & Recipe!
-6oz of milk of choice (I switch between vanilla unsweetened almond milk & grass fed cows milk - whatever we have!)
-add 1-2 tbsp of your fav coffee creamer for extra creaminess and flavor (I’d don’t want to do this part, just add milk to the fill line)
-1.5 scoops of your fav protein powder (my favs are linked here)
-if all of that is too much and I’m feeling extra lazy, I’ll just throw in a pre-made protein shake. Shop all my Creami must-haves here!
-Mix ins/toppings I like:
-nut butter or Powdered peanut butter (mix with milk/coffee creamer to get thicker/flavorful consistency) - powdered pb is less fat
-nuts
-unsweetened coconut shreds
-chocolate chips
-mini marshmallows
-date caramel (recipe pinned on my IG)
-cereal
-granola
-candy (shop my fav candy here)
-the list is endless - have fun with it!!
HOW TO:
-freeze creami mixture for at least 12 hours
-remove from freezer and run under warm water for 20 sec so you get an even mix
-blend first on ice cream setting
-remove, add 1 tbsp of coffee creamer (or milk) and spin AGAIN on ice cream
-at this point your ice cream should be done and it’s time for toppings/mix ins
-you can add mix ins here and if you want, you can re-spin on the “mix-in” setting but sometimes I find that breaks up my toppings too much.
-so if you don’t want to do the mix-ins setting, remove the creami and add your toppings and enjoy!
