High Protein Peanut Butter Cookie Dough
over 40g of protein!! one of my hacks for getting in enough protein is adding this cookie dough to my ninja creami as a mix in, or just eating it plain :) Can't go wrong!
INGREDIENTS:
-1 cup Powdered Peanut Butter (this is the one I use)
-Coffee creamer of choice, I like the Chobani Cookie Dough but just find one you like! You can get creative here! I don’t put an exact measurement because you really want to add a little at a time and mix, add a little, mix til you get the desired consistency (could also use regular milk, soy milk, etc or I just like a thicker liquid than just water)
-whatever mix ins you want! I like mini marshmallows and these chocolate chips
HOW TO:
-start with a bowl of powdered pb, and slowly add a little bit or coffee creamer and mix until you get a cookie dough consistency. If it gets too liquid, add more powder and vice versa.
-Once you have a desired texture, add your mixins, combine and enjoy! I like to add mine to ice cream, eat it plain, eat it with my Protein Whip
-I keep mine in an air tight container in the fridge for about a week (it never lasts that long lol) ENJOY!
