INGREDIENTS:
-Cool Whip (from the freezer section) - I used CocoWhip which is dairy free, but any works. You can make this without the added protein powder and just use cool whip, too! Just as delish.
-2-3 Scoops your favorite protein (this is mine, I love the vanilla ice cream & brownie batter, but all flavors are so good: Linking my favorite protein here and code BLAIR will save $$)
-Graham Crackers
-Melted Chocolate (I love Lilys, sweetened with Stevia)
-Flaky salt
-Optional to add a little bit of coconut oil to the chocolate to help it melt, get shiny and freeze even quicker.
HOW TO:
-Let the cool whip defrost so you can stir it.
-Add in your protein powder 1 scoop at a time, mix REALLY well, and then add the next scoop. Depending on what protein powder you use, it might alter how well it mixes, but the one I use mixes SO well. You can omit this step if you don’t want the added protein, and just use plain cool whip and don’t defrost it, just scoop from frozen.
-Once mixed REALLY well, place it back in freezer for about 20 mins until it’s frozen again.
-Once frozen, remove from freezer, lay out your graham cracker, add a scoop of protein cool whip, dip/cover in melted chocolate, sprinkle salt.
-Place on parchment paper and place back in freezer for about 10 mins, then ENJOY!!
