INGREDIENTS:
-Protein Whip (Recipe here) I use Cocowhip but you can use whatever cool whip variety you like. Just let it thaw and here is my fav protein powder, mix WELL and then freeze to get it into an ice cream consistency (If you use a diff protein powder, it might not mix as well but the one I use mixes perfectly!) If you don’t have banana flavor or you don’t like banana, you can use vanilla, chocolate, marshmallow, smores, cake batter - all would be delish!
-Banana, sliced
-Keebler mini graham crusts
-Banana Greek Yogurt (Can use plain non fat greek yogurt and add a dash of vanilla extract and stevia to sweeten, or use no sugar added vanilla)
HOW TO:
-Mix protein whip, freeze
-Meanwhile, slice banana, layer yogurt, top with protein whip and banana and enjoy!
